HA! Okay, I needed some giggles in my life this morning and so I turned to Doreen Green. After all, if there's one thing that I've learned so far it's that Doreen is just too adorable for words. What's not to love about a character who is so good, and kind, that she's willing to do whatever it takes to save everyone around her? Plus, she loves squirrels. And kicking butts. So... there's really nothing I don't love about her.

I admit that it took a few panels in the first issue of this for the art to grow on me, but now I absolutely love it! I can't imagine The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl being drawn any other way. Shoutout to the fact that she looks like a real person, that she's genuine as all get out, and that her sense of humor is particularly dorky.

I love the heck out of her.

Will she beat Galactus? Who knows. I'll find out though!
